Buick 3800 BAFFLES the Owner (Long Crank-Surge-Stall...No Codes, No A/C?)

They don't get more reliable than the Legendary Buick 3800 V6! But at 210k miles, this 2002 LeSabre is not running quite right... Owner drove over 4 hours for a Guaranteed Diagnosis. He says that it has a LONG CRANK TIME after a hot soak, occasionally surges and sometimes even STALLS at idle! Strangely enough, NO CODES are set in the PCM! Also, the A/C compressor is not kicking on. Let's see if we can use Live Scan Data and a bit of deductive reasoning to narrow down the problem right from the driver's seat...
