Welcome to a brand-new Cities: Skylines II livestream series! This time, we are building a city inspired by Eastern Europe, combining dense urban districts, historic architecture, large housing estates, industrial areas and an extensive public transport network. During the stream, we will develop the city step by step, plan its roads and infrastructure, create realistic neighbourhoods and deal with the usual challenges of traffic, public services and city finances. Trams and other forms of public transport will play an important role as the city continues to grow. The city will not be based on one particular real-world location.
