🌸 How to Set Up an African Violet Quarantine Station | Protect Your Plants!

After a recent Cyclamen Mite scare in my African Violet collection, I've realised just how important it is to have a dedicated quarantine area for new or potentially affected plants. 🌸 In today's video, I'm showing you how I've set up two plant quarantine stations in my home to help protect my main collection. We'll look at choosing a suitable space away from your other plants, introducing new plants into quarantine, and providing appropriate lighting to keep them growing while they're isolated. I'll also show you the lamps and grow lights I'm using, including my IKEA RANARP lamp and SANSI 15W LED grow light, and explain how I monitor light levels for my African Violets. Whether you're bringing home a new African Violet or dealing with a possible pest problem, I hope my setup gives you some practical ideas for creating your own quarantine station. 🌸 *MATERIALS I LIKE TO USE* 🇺🇸 *UNITED STATES* Link to my Amazon Shop https://www.amazon.com/shop/beautiful... 🇦🇺 *AUSTRALIAN LINKS* 🌿 *POTTING MEDIUM* Osmocote African Violet Soil — available from Bunnings Brunnings Perlite — available from Bunnings The Leafy Brand PON https://theleafybrand.com/products/le...
