The 202-square-meter residence revolves around a central patio, using level differences and a curved glass facade to create seamless visual integration. While the intimate courtyard encourages daily interaction with nature’s changes, a landscaped rooftop offers expansive views of the Mantiqueira Mountains. Prioritizing simplicity, comfort, and thoughtful detail, the home merges indoor and outdoor spaces harmoniously, making the surrounding landscape an integral part of the living experience.
