On the 1st floor are the central ticket gate, Shinkansen transfer entrance, and JR Line platforms 13-17. The 1.5 floor is the central aisle that goes up to the JR line platforms. 　(The center aisle has an unusually low ceiling. (The ceiling is unusually low in the central corridor, less than 170 cm at the lowest point.) Platforms 1-12 of JR lines are on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is the Park Exit connecting passageway, restaurants and souvenir stores, Iriya ticket gate (Panda Bridge), and Park Exit (Ueno Park).
