Acti's core concept is to reduce the need to copy information between apps and bring AI-powered actions directly into the place where you're already typing. In this Acti review, I test several practical workflows, including: ➤ Creating a Google Meet link from the keyboard ➤ Translating messages without switching apps ➤ Scheduling a Google Calendar event ➤ Saving information directly to Notion ➤ Building a custom AI Act ➤ Exploring the 5,000+ community Acts ➤ Testing AI dictation, voice commands, and translation ➤ Looking at Acti Desktop and Clips The goal is to see whether Acti is actually useful in everyday workflows—not just another AI keyboard. 🤔 Why Choose Acti? Acti takes a different approach from traditional productivity tools. Compared with TextExpander: Acti goes beyond text expansion by combining shortcuts with AI assistance, app actions, and automation. Compared with Zapier: Zapier is built primarily around broader workflow automation, while Acti brings many actions directly into the keyboard where you're already working. Compared with Wispr Flow: Wispr Flow focuses heavily on AI voice input, while Acti combines dictation with keyboard-based AI actions, custom Acts, app integrations, and automation. The biggest reason to consider Acti is convenience: instead of treating writing, translation, automation, and app actions as separate tasks, Acti attempts to bring them together through one keyboard-centered workflow. 💰 Acti Lifetime Deal Acti is currently available through AppSumo with four lifetime plans: ➤ Tier 1 — $59: 1,000 monthly AI credits ➤ Tier 2 — $109: 3,000 monthly AI credits ➤ Tier 3 — $199: 10,000 monthly AI credits ➤ Tier 4 — $399: 30,000 monthly AI credits All four plans include lifetime access, with the primary difference between tiers being the monthly AI credit allowance.
