FROM GOVERNANCE STRUCTURES FOR COOPERATIVE MODELS TO A CIRCULAR COOPERATIVE BUSINESS MODEL TOOL 🌱 What is this webinar about? How can collaborative business models support the transition to a circular bioeconomy? What role do governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and co-creation play in building successful and sustainable collaborative initiatives? In this final webinar of the BIOECONOMY GIANTS Ecosystem Training Programme, experts from Flanders’ FOOD explore how governance structures and collaboration can strengthen circular bioeconomy value chains. The session examines selected collaborative business models, focusing on actor configurations, governance modes, decision-making arrangements, coordination mechanisms, and the barriers and challenges that can affect their implementation. Participants are also introduced to a draft Circular Cooperative Business Model Tool, a newly developed framework designed to support the development and implementation of circular and cooperative business models.
