After setting up at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, within 15 minutes, South Montgomery County FD Engine 11-3 got a smoke investigation near a residence. within a couple minutes they arrived and called the next alarm for The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Needham Fire Departments and Montgomery County Hospital District for a fully involved residential structure fire at a supposed abandoned residence in the woods. This made access difficult and water supply limited.
