Talkpod A36plus. Did they fix the harmonics?

We revisit the Talkpod A36Plus Radios to see if their updates have fixed the harmonics problem. Then we take a look at the carrier on the O-Scope at what looks like a new issue that has been introduced. Also, the 8W radio provided was sent from Amazon distribution, so it wasn't "hand picked."
