ENGL Victor Smolski Limited Edition - Amp Hell or Metal Heaven?

In-depth Review with sound examples of the ENGL Victor Smolski Limited Edition (E646). How does it compare to other ENGL amps (e.g. Powerball, Invader), a Diezel or an EVH 5150?
