Hampton Bay Huntington III Ceiling Fan with Re-bent Blade Brackets

I decided to re-bend the blade brackets on this 52" Hampton Bay Huntington III Ceiling fan. This appears to be an early Huntington III model; the Sticker on the top would suggest it was made in 2001, and the house was also built in 2001.
