Corfu, an island off Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea, with rugged mountains and ample beach resorts. Corfu is a green island: its climate is hot and humid in Spring and Summer and temperate but rainy in Autumn and Winter, which means nature gets to flourish. Because of the climate, I strongly recommend visiting during Spring when all the flowers bloom. Temperatures are high enough to enjoy the beach and the island isn’t quite as crowded as during the Summer months.
