The Hardest Part of Starting YouTube Is Letting People See You Try

Starting a YouTube channel can feel way more embarrassing than it probably should. You know people are going to see your low views, watch you figure out how to talk to a camera, see your first thumbnails, and basically watch you learn in public. Then the imposter syndrome kicks in. Who am I to even be doing this? In this video, I’m talking about why starting YouTube can feel so uncomfortable, why being a beginner is part of the process, what happens when you’re scared people will judge you, and why I don’t think you need to wait until you feel confident before you start. I’m working through a lot of this myself while building Jeanet Creates from zero. I watched 100+ videos about starting, growing, and monetizing on YouTube, and now I’m putting what I learned into practice while figuring out my own style, confidence, editing, thumbnails, and everything else that comes with being a new creator.
