I thought it would be a fun challenge and I was right! I used French song because both the Dowager Empress Marie and Judge Claude Frollo live in France (at least in their old days). English lyrics are below the story. To be clear: Odette - young Marie John Smith - young Frollo Derek - emperor Alexander III *STORY* Judge Frollo has come to greet his old love Dowager Empress Marie in her house at Paris. But Marie doesn't want to meet him and throws him out. The memories of their love are painful to her because Frollo never asked her to marry him and she was married to a man whom she didn't love - Emperor Alexander III. What she doesn't know is that Frollo has loved her all the time they've been apart. Frollo still remembers the day he saw Marie getting married to Alexander. He also remembers how they talked the last time then. Frollo has decided to send Dimitri, his servant, to talk to Marie and tell her that he really wants to meet her. Marie refuses because she thinks that Frollo should come himself and not sent a servant. But later, she's watching a gift she once received from Frollo and remembers how great it was when they were together and so she decides to go and meet him. At Frollo's house, Frollo asks Marie to sit down and says that he has something to ask from her. Marie sits and Frollo kneels, takes out a ring and proposes to Marie. She is shocked but does say yes.
