WING CHUN - HAND RELEASE | Introduction #1 of 11 - Cord Elsner

This is the first video in a small video mini-series that comprises a total of 11 videos. Marc and I show you a so-called "hand release" that beginners of Wing Chun train in our school. The technique is not particularly complicated, but it is ideally suited to give beginners a certain overview of the way Wing Chun works as well as giving impressions about some concepts, principles, forms of Wing Chun.
