A spin on a classic halibut recipe! I finally went out on the San Francisco Bay with my guide ‪@NickFish007‬ and caught my very first California Halibut off the kayak! We cooked it up right in the marina. I did my take on a KFC Famous Bowl... but with HALIBUT, and instead of gravy, we did a White Wine Lemon Butter Caper Sauce.
