Can DLSS 5 Make Rasterization Look Like Path Tracing?

Can DLSS 5 Neural Rendering make traditional rasterized graphics look as good as Path Tracing? DLSS 5 can significantly improve rasterized graphics on its own, but according to NVIDIA, higher quality input from Ray Tracing or Path Tracing should give it more accurate lighting information to work with.
