RECIPE: Mason Jar No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake

IN THIS VIDEO: I've adapted the Martha Stewart recipe for a classic no-bake cheesecake to make my individual mason jar desserts. Note that the original recipe makes enough graham cracker crust for the 12 4-oz jars I used plus one small pie crust (based on the amount that I put in my little containers).
