Welcome to my personal channel. My name is Hazar. I'm a doctor , a writer and a photographer based in Germany. I love writing , storytelling , photography , philosophy, learning languages, studying, note-taking and sharing my experiences of life and how I view the world around me. I sometimes share videos about medicine, the healthcare system, and life in Germany to help colleagues who are considering coming to work here as doctors. I came to Germany to continue my education and work as a doctor. I originally come from the Middle East. Growing up there, I witnessed many conflicts, wars, as well as rigid beliefs and ways of thinking shaped by social, religious, and political pressures, along with the suppression of individual freedom. Over time, this made me feel disconnected from society, and I began turning to philosophy and history in search of a refuge that could help me understand what was happening around me. I also taught myself English from a young age, as I dreamed of leaving the Arab world when I grew up. I knew that learning English would be the key to turning that dream into reality and since then I’ve been interested in learning languages. I’m very interested in philosophy and logic, and I study philosophy regularly. I spend most of my time outside of medicine reading and learning philosophy, and you may notice that in my writing on Substack or even in my videos here. Hadi is the name of my younger brother and my best friend. He passed away due to cancer at the age of 21. Hadi is and will always be the light of my life. I'm doing this because of him and for him. In my writings, photos and the stories I tell, I try to accumulate the human experiences and articulate the complex human journey to search for meaning. I also fight for freedom and consider love and freedom the two highest human values humans should learn to get and apply. Content creation is nothing but a hobby for me.
