Injustice 2 final battle has two endings, depending on which side the player chooses. He kills Brainiac and successfully bonds with the ship, allowing him to restore the surviving cities and put Earth at rest. He offers an imprisoned Supergirl the opportunity to join his army to protect the Earth. She declines and is horrified when she sees Batman under Superman's control. If Batman wins, he depowers Superman and confines him in the Phantom Zone at the Fortress of Solitude. Batman offers Supergirl a partnership on the Justice League to capture that same sense of justice that he and Superman delivered before Lois's death.
