Which is original nitrophos fertilizer in Pakistan || Bilal Kanju Official

Assalamualaikum! Dear viewers today we are going to grasp the difference between original nitrophos fertilizer and different NP brands available in the fertilizer market. Original nitrophos is manufactured by Fatima Fertilizer Named as Sarsabz Nitrophos which contains equal percentage of Nitrate and Ammonical nitrogen. Where as other NP brands available are phosphorus coated Urea or we can say blended fertilizer only. The major difference is in the manufacturing process. Sarsabz Nitrophos fertilizer is prepared by Treat Rock Phosphate with Nitric Acid rather than Sulphuric Acid hence gypsum is not produced as by product. The slurry obtained as a result of reaction between Rock Phosphate and usually 60% nitric acid solution is ammoniated before finished product which has equal quantity of Nitrate and Ammonical nitrogen in each granule. Calcium Nitrate is also produced as by product which is sold as an other well know nitrogenous fertilizer after ammoniation called Calcium Ammonium Nitrate CAN. Whereas in common np available Rock Phosphate is treated with Sulphuric Acid hence gypsum is also produced as by product and this kind of NP fertilizer has phosphorus and Ammonical nitrogen only. Sarsabz Nitrophos granules have pores and are round shaped which are readily water soluble. The pH of nitrophos is 3.5 hence it's an excellent acidic fertilizer for highly alkaline soils but it's is much expensive as compared to other blended fertilizer only. Nitrophos fertilizer can be used in each and every crop depending upon the soil type because nitrate leaching is the major issue in Sandy and light loam soils. Soil with high pH value and hard soil texture respond well to nitrophos fertilizer as compared DAP or MAP fertilizers available in the market.
