SimCity 4 Speedplay - Forest City Remodel Pt. 6

This is an area that is taking a lot of detail and problem solving to redo. I'm trying to use the newer "Symphony" highway, which I'm not that familiar with, combined with the RHW to give a better looking highway, but it's a lot of work! This area is starting to come together though... the next few videos will have some fun progress!
