County Hall to Waterloo Station walk in 4K

It had been raining heavily for most of the afternoon (I'd taken shelter inside the Park Plaza Westminster hotel for an hour), but when I started this walk from just outside the hotel the rain had stopped. I walked from the hotel, partially along Westminster Bridge before turning right down the stairs towards the London Eye. The video jumps a little because I paused my walk for half an hour to do a short time-lapse of the eye, before I continued onwards to Waterloo Station.
