ZONING MEETING FOLLOW-UP from July 23rd on August 13, 2026. Development Services staff presented maps showing how different distances may affect a sexually oriented business' location in relation to churches, parks and schools. Proposed parking regulations for short-term rentals was also presented at the Hastings Public Library. Speakers included Kevin Kubo-Development Services Director and Ember Batelaan-City Planner
