Would YOU Eat It??? TRASH Fish Taste Test! Blue Runner - Catch, Clean Cook!!!

In this Catch, Clean and Cook, I prepare the Blue Runner a Species of the Jack Family of Fish, found along the Atlantic ocean and in saltwater. The Blue Runner is considered to be a trash fish for cooking, but I prove this common misconception wrong with a taste test from my Picky Fish eating Grandma. We caught a few Blue Runners while vertical Jig Fishing Offshore. We also caught a Mutton Snapper and Porgy while bottom fishing around a wreck. I made the porgy and runner, fried in panko bread crumbs and Fish taco Style, with homemade tartar sauce. This was an easy fish recipe, turning a TRASH Fish into a gourmet meal.
