2 hands and a sharp knife bring to life a simple pattern.

Hello everyone! Here's another collaboration with my good friend Carlos Morales ‪@charlywoodbcn‬ ! He's a great woodturner with whom we've already created a few pieces together. After his turning, it is my time to carve the piece. I'm using Chip Carving technique. As you'll see in the video, meeting a few cuts with one another removes wood chips and eventually gets the full pattern done. Carved on Brazilian cedar wood. It's 60cm in diameter and light as a feather! Carlos turned the backside of the piece to remove weight. He left a center piece to be able to hang the piece on the wall. Hope you enjoy and see you on the next one!
