The vibrant atmosphere in Palermo can be summarized in one word: Mercato Ballarò. You can truely see their culture and heritage while walking through it and seeing their faces. The colorful dishes, spices, souvenirs, clothes and of course their loud marketing 😁 Beside that, Via Maqueda street is a beautiful place to observe the buildings and small shops and street foods. Following that, Church of Saint Cataldo is a must to see! Although it was smaller that I thought, the architecture is very different from other churches as it is like a mix of church and mosque.
