West Bromwich Albion travel to the Riverside this weekend to take on Middlesbrough in another huge Championship test for James Morrison’s side. Boro have had a very impressive transfer window, bringing in some serious quality including former Albion loanee Will Lankshear. They have, however, lost one of the Championship’s best midfielders in Hayden Hackney. Lankshear is the man I’m particularly worried about. He already knows how to find the back of the net against West Brom and will surely be desperate to prove a point after his time at The Hawthorns. For Albion, the big question is how much Wednesday night’s incredible effort against Newcastle has taken out of the players. Despite some rotation, the likes of Isaac Price, Jimmy-Jay Morgan, George Campbell and Ousmane Diakite were all involved, so fitness and energy levels could play a massive role.
