In the second pillar episode, Kim unpacks Love: the relational pillar of the Endura Method, and the one she says she struggles with the most. She shares two formative stories: being cut from a professional ballet program at 15 after her body changed through puberty, and the mirror-work practice (“hello gorgeous”) that helped her rebuild self-acceptance; and her younger brother's brain cancer diagnosis, which reshaped how she prioritized time with family. From there, Kim introduces the Love 1.0/2.0/3.0 framework, your relationship with yourself, your immediate circle, and your wider community, and explains why being able to ask for help is just as important to this pillar as showing up for others.
