X4: Cargo Drone Range PSA

This is just a quick PSA to outline the impact of radar range on cargo drone behavior. A quick side note on something I forgot to include regarding the Kha'ak outpost. After I started farming their installations, I stopped noticing Kha'ak raids against my miners. I'm not fully aware of the mechanics behind their raid behavior, but it appears once something is harassing their installation, they focus their efforts on destroying whatever is doing it.
