[TAS] Arbiter's Grounds in 3:49.59

This was quite the fun dungeon to TAS. Lots of displacement clips, new brakesliding, and of course, Spinner skip. Spinner skip was first proven possible by me & Spicyjuice04 back in March, but only recently did I discover a way to do it quickly. Using a displacement clip, combined with 37 consecutive frame perfect boomerang sidehops, we can traverse up the spinner rail despite not raising the main one. We then have to superjump off of a bubble that we lured to the top. From there a simple LJA can get us to the boss door. Sadly Spinner skip won't see much use in any category / TAS (except low x/y presses) since Spinner is a required item to beat the game.
