Having secured long-term contracts with Petrobras for as many as four PSV 4500, ship owner Starnave contracted Detroit SY / Brazil for construction of its new fleet. Ruyter Offshore / Lion Bulk Handling has been awarded orders for dry bulk handling systems for same series of vessels. The vessels are Guido Perla designed GPA PSV 4500.
