Fishing Under a Spillway is Cheating.

With all the flooding in central Indiana, the creeks are still too high to fish comfortably. But, as the water recedes, the local spillway opened up an opportunity for some fishing! The water is moving and the baitfish are getting washed out, a perfect combo for a good day fishing. Let's see what's out there!
