Project Japan Day 5 : Matsuyama → Ikuchi 🚴🇯🇵 Today we headed to the legendary Shimanami Kaido, one of the highlights of this tour. A spectacular 70km cycling route connecting Shikoku to Japan’s main island, Honshu, across the beautiful Seto Inland Sea. The route takes us through stunning ocean views, peaceful island towns, citrus groves, and iconic suspension bridges. Today we crossed 4 bridges and explored 4 islands — Oshima, Hakata, Omishima, and Ikuchi, where we’ll be spending the night. One of those days where the journey itself feels like the destination.
