From the heart of Gauteng to the edge of the ocean. This is the complete journey of Chasing the Horison, traveling from Pretoria to the Southernmost Tip of Africa and beyond—sticking to the scenic routes and back roads. About this video: We left the city behind and headed into the vastness of the Karoo National Park, winding through Ceres and Citrusdal until we smelled the salt of the West Coast. We ate traditional Muisbosskerm, tasted bokkoms in Velddrift, and explored the turquoise waters of West Coast National Park. The journey got even more special when we picked up family in Somerset West to head toward the Southernmost tip of Africa at L'Agulhas, finally crossing the iconic Malgas Ferry.
