I head out into the blue ocean for a days fishing around some tropical islands where I c catch some nice fish, the one I eat is a nice sized coral trout caught from under a coral bommie. I set up my aluminium drifta camping table on the beach and smoke the coral trout in the Uniflame smoking box. Then I make a delicious smoked fish pasta on the island.
