Mix well then add in 2 cups boiling water to cake mixture. Combine together. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Topping: Over medium heat add 1 stick of butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk ( used half & half for video). Mix together, Bring to low boil and pour over warm cake. Enjoy!!
