How to turn an issue button into a downtime timer (HelpFab demo)

Any issue button in HelpFab can become a downtime timer. This demo shows how to edit an existing button so that tapping it starts a timer, flags the stop as planned or unplanned, ties it to a machine, and optionally opens a maintenance request. What you'll see: • Editing an existing issue button and turning on simple downtime tracking • Marking it planned or unplanned (changeovers are planned; a dead forklift battery is not) • Tying the button to a machine so you know which asset is down • Letting the button create a maintenance request automatically when it's tied to a machine • Starting the timer from the new button alongside one that's already running Why planned vs. unplanned matters: the split shows up in your reports later.
