Some Things You Love Too Much to Google

Have you ever loved something so much you were afraid to Google it? Most of us have. It doesn't make you dishonest. It makes you human. If you've been watching the wave of Black women walking away from their sororities lately — maybe women you know, maybe women you respect — and you've never quite understood why, or maybe you've never let yourself ask… this video is for you. I was a Delta for almost 30 years. I loved my sorors, I loved the service, I loved what it felt like to belong to something bigger than myself. That was all real. And when I finally sat down and quietly compared what I had pledged to uphold — with what I had already committed to in God's Word — I had to be honest about what I found. I'm not sharing a full exposé here. I'm sharing a few things I personally noticed years before I ever went digging — early flags I chose to ignore because I wasn't ready to know. I did my own thorough work. But rather than cover ground that others have already laid out beautifully, I've linked below to two videos where former Deltas go deeper — exposing more, challenging more, and even responding to the objections you're probably already forming in your head. You don't have to decide anything today. I'm not here to take anything away from anyone. I'm here because I finally did the comparing.
