SONG, PORCELAIN FACES

#honesty #fragile #truth #realface ✦Porcelain faces are the masks we learn to wear — smooth, flawless, uncracked. They show calm even when the heart trembles, beauty even when the soul feels broken, strength even when we are barely holding on. But porcelain is fragile. It shatters with truth, with pressure, with honesty. And sometimes that’s exactly what we need: to let the mask crack so the real face can breathe.A porcelain face protects us, but it also hides us. It keeps the world from hurting us, but it keeps us from healing too.
