Driving Miss Daisy… Then ED-209 Goes Rogue! 🤖 | RoboCop Rogue City (Part 5)

RoboCop: Rogue City is starting to feel more like Driving Miss Daisy than an action game... until ED-209 suddenly decides to turn against us! 🤖💥 Welcome to Part 5 of my first-time RoboCop: Rogue City playthrough on PS5, where my patience with the game's painfully slow movement and confusing navigation is wearing increasingly thin! We pick up exactly where Part 4 ended, continuing the Street Vultures' Turf mission as RoboCop follows Officer Briggs' trail through the gang's industrial territory. Unfortunately, what should be a straightforward investigation turns into another lengthy session of wandering around, backtracking and trying to work out where I'm supposed to go. And RoboCop moves SO SLOWLY! Seriously, I've never played an action game where getting from one objective to another feels like such an expedition. Sometimes I spend several minutes walking back through areas I've already cleared, simply to reach the next objective. Then there are the skill requirements. I keep encountering objects and evidence that require Engineering or Deduction levels I haven't unlocked, with very little explanation of how the upgrade system works. It's becoming increasingly frustrating! 🤖 ROBOCOP MEETS ED-209 Thankfully, the action eventually picks up when RoboCop joins forces with the heavily armed ED-209 to eliminate the remaining criminals. Finally, two heavily armed machines taking down bad guys together! Except there's apparently some sort of competition to see who eliminates the most enemies. News to me! After the shooting stops, I'm informed that ED-209 has won, despite not realising we were competing in the first place. Then things take a dramatic turn. ED-209 suddenly malfunctions, kills a police officer and turns its weapons towards RoboCop! The next objective appears: DESTROY ED-209 And that's exactly where I end this 47-minute episode. I've deliberately saved the ED-209 confrontation for Part 6, so the next video will start with some proper action! 🎮 WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS SERIES This is my genuine first-time RoboCop: Rogue City gameplay experience on PlayStation 5. I'm playing through the complete story without using walkthroughs, sharing my natural commentary, reactions, mistakes and frustrations as I discover the game. These are full gameplay sessions rather than heavily edited highlights, so you'll experience everything as I do. No guides, no prior knowledge and definitely no pretending I know what's coming next! 🔎 EPISODE 5 | GAMEPLAY HIGHLIGHTS • Continuing Street Vultures' Turf • Following Officer Briggs' trail • Exploring the Street Vultures' industrial territory • Investigating clues and completing objectives • More frustration with RoboCop's slow movement • Getting lost and backtracking through cleared areas • Encountering unexplained Engineering and Deduction requirements • Teaming up with ED-209 • Fighting criminals alongside ED-209 • Discovering there was apparently a competition! • ED-209 malfunctioning and attacking the police • Ending just before the ED-209 boss fight ⏱️ VIDEO CHAPTERS Timestamps to be added after reviewing the footage. 🎬 WATCH THE FULL SERIES Follow my complete RoboCop: Rogue City first-time playthrough on PS5, starting with Part 1 and continuing through the story.
