6 New Death & Black Metal Albums You Need to Hear | Aug 8 - 14, 2026

This week I’m covering 6 new metal releases, including my top picks in Death Metal, Black Metal, plus a Rusted & Dusted (which should actually be Ripped from the Crypt) album worth digging back into. There are some obvious favourites this week, along with at least one pick that might start an argument. Let me know what you’ve heard, what I missed, and which album you would have put at the top. ⚔️ DEATH METAL 3. Abyssal Rift - Relics of Great Ash https://abyssalrift-label.bandcamp.co... 2.
