Morning Prayer and Intercession with The Saints - ANOINT ME TO RELEASE

ANOINT ME TO RELEASE This Week’s Morning Prayer Devotional | October 5–10, 2026 How do you move forward when the apology never comes, the truth remains unacknowledged, and wanting accountability makes you feel as though something is wrong with you? This week, our prayer is personal: Lord, anoint me to release. We are asking for the Holy Spirit’s help to release resentment, surrender the conversations we keep rehearsing, and stop making our peace dependent upon another person’s willingness to admit the truth. Forgiveness does not require accepting continued mistreatment. We can seek accountability, establish wise boundaries, and allow God to heal us while circumstances remain unresolved. Through six days of Scripture, reflection, and prayer, we will bring our hurt before God, examine our responses, and seek strength to move forward with dignity, wisdom, and hope. “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” — Philippians 2:13, KJV Download this week’s devotional at www.bishopemp.com and pray with us throughout the week.
