So this week after another long drive (and also another rejected door knock!!) I finally stumbled upon an overgrown yard! Next i had to hope that they would accept my help and after a little convincing they did!! I was so happy to finally help someone directly as it had been a few weeks just working on abandoned properties, which i love doing!! (they make great videos) But it's always nice to help someone living in the home!
Now at first glance i thought this might not be enough work and that i would have to include parts of the backyard but i was wrong! This was by FAR the craziest and thickest kikuyu i have ever cut. On top of that there was years worth of soil that had moved out onto all the paving with even more grass growing through it. It was also very cool to have Richard come out and work with me for a couple of hours on the first day that i was there!
This job would not have been possible without the ninja star attachment! So thank you so much again to my beautiful anonymous donator 😊
Now we may return down the line for the backyard too! At least there will be less car noises for that (i am sorry about that! It was a busy street!) but for now it wasn't too bad! Nothing like the front anyway...
I also ran into maybe half a dozen skinks in the lawn and they all made it out alive 😅 Some of them were very sleek and large and i do hope they will find new homes but the lawn just had to be cut!! I did also run into a couple of interesting weeds but other than that i am sorry for the lack of variety on this yard!
I hope you all enjoy the video and i can't wait to see you all in the comments!!
Thanks
Guillaume
