LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — Judge Debra McCaslin notified attorneys that she will hear all urgent evidentiary matters relating to Alex Murdaugh's retrial during an in-person hearing at 10 a.m. Oct. 16 at the Lexington County Courthouse. Among the issues expected to be addressed are disputes involving DNA evidence, cell phone extraction data, ballistic evidence and FARO scan data, a type of 3D crime scene mapping technology.
