In this video, Miranda, a First Steps parent, Christi, a childcare provider and director, and Mary, a First Steps interventionist, share how collaboration, communication and early support can make a difference for children and families. First Steps provides early intervention services for eligible children from birth through age 3. Services can help children develop skills related to communication, movement, learning, social-emotional development and more — and support can often take place in the child's natural environment, including their childcare program.
