Autumn Is Coming… Time to Get the Narrowboat Sorted! 🍂🚤

🍂 Autumn has arrived on the cut… and apparently, so has the DIY list! 🚤 The leaves might be starting to turn, but there’s no excuse to sit around admiring them when there are scratches to paint, rust to treat and a mountain of washing waiting for a sunny day! 😂 In this vlog, we get stuck into some of those essential autumn jobs on the narrowboat — giving the paintwork a bit of TLC, tackling the dreaded rust and making the most of the sunshine by getting the washing out while we still can. Because you never know when the British weather is going to remember it’s supposed to be autumn! ☀️🌧️ But our day takes an unexpected turn when we come across a poorly duck with a broken beak. Naturally, we want to help, so out comes the net and we attempt a rescue mission… Unfortunately, this duck has clearly been studying advanced net-avoidance techniques. 🦆😂 She may be poorly, but she certainly isn't daft, and catching her proves considerably more difficult than painting a few scratches!
