What is the Cold Cap process like for saving your hair through Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer?

You may wonder why I have long locks even though I finished chemo less than a year ago. I used something called cold caps through the chemo process to freeze my scalp and save my hair. Today I talk about that process, what it felt like, what it costs and the pros/cons.
