My new series Reverse Engineering Kungfu, where i will take the movement from a kungfu form, deconstruct and deduce the application that I feel is reasonable from my experience. The first form is from Cheng style BaGuaZhang - hugging palm, He Bao Zhang (合抱掌） So, what is Wushu Hub? Its a melting pot for different style of wushu. The goal of the Wushu Hub channel is to help people who are training or interested in training Traditional Chinese Martial Arts to open up their mind in turns of application in the forms from the routine thru YouTube channel. Our aim to save your time when you train in your wushu taolu forms and wonder what are the possible application to the moves.
