In this video, I'm showing you how to make Trinidad sorrel drink the way Mummy made it: dried sorrel steeped overnight with cinnamon and cloves, then sweetened and served cold over ice. Sorrel is deep red, tart like cranberry and lightly spiced, and it's one of the easiest holiday drinks you'll ever make.
